PREVIEW: Your 2016-17 Philadelphia Flyers

A season unlike any other, Back to work.

On Friday the Philadelphia Flyers will take the ice for the very first time this season. Marking the first season without founder Ed Snider who passed away earlier this year and the first season with Travis Konecny and Ivan Provorov.

Coming into the season after a proving pre-season that ended with the Bruins acing out the Flyers 1-0 in Boston. The starting line-up looks solid and depth is strong for the boys coming into the 2016-17 season marking 50 years since the 1966-67 season in which the Flyers, Blues, Kings and Penguins all became teams in. In net Hextall continues to keep Michal Neuvirth and Steve Mason.
